Our Commitment to Our Customers
We take great pride in the aircraft and equipment we provide, and our goal is for every customer to have a safe, enjoyable, and positive experience with their purchase. Problems with our equipment are uncommon, but as with any mechanical aircraft, an issue can occasionally arise.
Because powered paragliders and related equipment are operated in a wide variety of conditions and are subject to many factors beyond our control – including operation, maintenance, assembly, adjustments, storage, transportation, fuel and oil selection, environmental conditions, normal wear, and accidental damage – we are unable to provide a warranty, expressed or implied, on the aircraft, engines, components, or equipment we sell.
All equipment is therefore sold as-is, without warranty, and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
That being said, our commitment to our customers does not end when the sale is completed.
If you experience a problem, we want to hear from you. We will make every reasonable effort to help identify the issue, answer your questions, provide technical guidance, and assist you in finding the best possible solution. We believe strong in taking care of our customers and helping them keep their equipment operating properly.
Our no-warranty and no-return policy is not intended to avoid helping our customers. It simple reflects the nature of powered aviation equipment and the many variables affecting its operation once it leaves our possession.
By purchasing our aircraft or equipment, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the equipment is sold as-is and without warranty and that all sales are final, with no returns or refunds.
We sincerely appreciate the trust our customers place in us, and we will always do our best to provide knowledgeable, personal support whenever it is needed.

Any equipment, machines, wings, trikes, paramotors, motors, parts, accessories, tools, or other personal property left at Flight Junkies must have prior arrangements made with Captain Kurt.
1. Equipment Left on the Property
Flight Junkies is not a long-term storage facility. We are not responsible for storing, maintaining, protecting, insuring, or preserving equipment or personal property that is left on our premises without prior arrangements.
Flight Junkies is under no obligation to track down, call, text, email, or otherwise attempt to locate an owner regarding property that has been left behind.
If you need Flight Junkies to hold or store your equipment, you must make prior arrangements directly with Captain Kurt.
2. Equipment or Purchases Never Picked Up
If you purchase equipment from Flight Junkies and fail to take possession of it, you are responsible for making arrangements to pick it up.
Failure to pick up purchased equipment does not create an obligation for Flight Junkies to store that equipment indefinitely.
If a customer purchases a machine, wing, trike, paramotor, part, or other equipment and then leaves it at Flight Junkies without contacting us or making arrangements for storage, Flight Junkies is not responsible for maintaining or storing that purchase indefinitely.
For example, if equipment was purchased and left at Flight Junkies for two years without the purchaser contacting us, making arrangements, or taking possession of the equipment, the purchaser cannot expect Flight Junkies to have stored and maintained that equipment for two years at no cost or without prior arrangements.
3. Abandoned Property
Property that is left on the premises without prior arrangements may be treated as unclaimed or abandoned property after the applicable circumstances and any legally required notice or disposition procedures have been satisfied.
Flight Junkies reserves all rights available under Ohio law regarding the storage, removal, sale, disposal, or other lawful disposition of property that is left on the premises.
Nothing in this policy requires Flight Junkies to provide indefinite free storage of another person’s property.
4. Prior Arrangements
Any exception to this policy must be approved in advance by Captain Kurt.
Customers are responsible for obtaining confirmation from Captain Kurt regarding any agreed-upon storage arrangement.
